Bam Margera he’s out of the ‘Jackass 4’ project forever – and all because he couldn’t stay on the line when it came to addiction problems … TMZ learned.
Sources close to Bam told us that he was informed last week by the producers that he would no longer be part of the film going forward. The reason is that he basically broke the contract.
We were told that the ‘Jackass’ family wanted Bam to be part of the film from the beginning, but was concerned that things would be abandoned because of his past substance use and erratic behavior.

So, in order to achieve what everyone wanted – at least at first – our sources tell us that Bam was introduced to a handful of conditions / restrictions that said he needed to obey in order to stay on the project. To make a long story short … we were told that he failed to do his part of the deal.
As for what he should do … our sources say there would be routine drug tests – including urine samples – as well as a commitment to stay sober, blow on a breathalyzer, take his medication and consult a psychologist while working. It is not clear what specific condition was the last straw.

Bam alluded to some of these conditions in your OG speech, when he asked for a boycott of ‘Jackass 4’ and looked visibly upset – only to turn around 24 hours later and say he was getting help. Although he suggested things were going well again, they said he was still fired.
Our sources in Bam told us that they are very concerned about him, as the prospect of working on ‘Jackass 4’ seemed to keep him straight for quite a while – now he seems to be off track again. They say he now feels that he is being excluded from what he helped create. He has posted / deleted derogatory posts from ‘Jackass 4’.

The only question that still needs to be answered … how much, if anything, the ‘Jackass’ team shot with Bam, and they still plan to use any part of that footage for the final edit.
