Automatic attraction photo being linked to the phone now being tested at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as part of the MagicMobile launch

After realizing that we were greeted with a new message on the My Disney Experience home page about enabling Bluetooth for the new MagicMobile service, we received another message as soon as we arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this time introducing us to the attraction photos link automatic Via the application.

Visitors to Disney’s Hollywood Studios can now have their photos during the tour automatically linked to their Disney account using their mobile device if Bluetooth is enabled for the My Disney Experience app before walking. Currently, the only attractions that offer this feature during the trial period are Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

The new service is being introduced as part of the launch of the MagicMobile features, but Disney has made it clear that it is not discontinuing the MagicBands. Guests can continue to use MagicBands to automatically link attraction photos to their accounts.
