Asus gaming phones are only really available in black, but that may change with your next model. The well-known leaker Ishan Agarwal has shared images of what he says is the ROG Phone 5 in a white color – distinctly more attractive than the normal tone.
It would not be just a simple palette change. The new color of the ROG Phone 5 would have a number of details in blue, including the prominent side button. The sides and the set of cameras would remain black, giving this model a more “panda” look.

The internal parts of the ROG Phone 5 are not expected to change with the color. If the previous rumors are correct, you will get a fast Snapdragon 888 chip, a 6.78 inch screen, a robust 6,000 mAh battery and possible 65W wired charging. The rear cameras would include a 64MP main sensor along with probably macro and ultra-wide cameras.
Asus officially launches the ROG Phone 5 on March 10 at 6 am Eastern. Whether or not this white color will be available in all markets is another story. We would not be surprised if it was shipped only to a few countries or even as a limited edition device, so you may not want to assume that you will have this model in your pocket.
