Arsenal vs. Tottenham Hotspur 2021: Premier League game time, TV channels, how to watch

Thursday’s comfortable 2-0 win over Dynamo Zagreb was yet another quality performance from Tottenham Hotspur, who are now 5-0-0 in their last five games. This victory not only helped to keep the spirits of a team that was suffering, but also made next week’s playoff in Croatia more or less over (except for a huge collapse).

This means that all attention can be put on Sunday’s North London Derby, although that was the case anyway. The Spurs enter the competition seven points ahead of their rivals, and a victory would mean a difference of 10 points, with 10 games remaining for both sides of the championship.

The reverse game in December was fun. Heung-Min Son launched a shot from outside the box in the 13th minute to put Tottenham 1-0 up, and a goal by Harry Kane just before the break sealed the victory against the elated supporters who were lucky to be among the reduced capacity crowd.

Arsenal are not very impressive now, but form is not the most reliable indicator for the classics. Still, it is clear which of the two sides is in the rhythm now, and it certainly looks like Spurs has a lot more to play for. Tottenham have never won six points from Arsenal in the Premier League; maybe that will change today.

Match chaining rules

The rules of the correspondence thread are the same as always. For any visitor who comes here for the first time, welcome! We are happy that you are here! Clean your feet, beware of the gap and be sure to check the other pages of this excellent site. While you’re here, though, we have a few rules and regulations:

  • No links to illegal streams at all. They are bad and get us in trouble. Violators will be warned or banned.
  • We have rules against “relentless negativity”. Nobody likes a Negative Nancy. Do not move or post strange or painful things just because you are frustrated.
  • Along these lines, direct abuse of players or referees is also not allowed. It is okay to say “wow, that was a really bad call”, but it is NOT normal to direct large amounts of abuse towards that employee through a call you didn’t like.
  • Treat other people on the topic of correspondence the way you would like someone else to treat your grandmother. Be nice. This is a fan community, not an unmoderated message board.
  • Finally, while we don’t have a rule against swearing, try to keep the inappropriate words in check. In addition, language that is sexist, racist or homophobic in nature will be excluded quickly and you will be immediately banned. This is an open and supportive community.

Have fun and COYS!
