Last week, Hammer came out of ‘The Offer’, a Paramount + series about the production of ‘The Godfather’.

Armie Hammer was dropped by the WME.

The loss of Hammer’s agency is the latest development in a career in freefall and comes amid controversy over graphic messages he would have sent to various women on social media.

Last week, Hammer left The ofert, a Paramount + series on the manufacture of The Godfather. Prior to that, he was forced to resign from Lionsgate’s romantic action comedy, which would place him alongside Jennifer Lopez. (Josh Duhamel replaced him in the film.)

The sequence of Hammer’s exits came after the disclosure of disturbing messages – not yet verified – that were posted to an Instagram account managed by a woman who said she had an affair with Hammer. The messages contain graphic descriptions of sexual fantasies that include abuse and even cannibalism.

Several other women have since said that they have experienced similar exchanges with the Call me by your name Star. Hammer denied the charges.

Hammer remained quiet about industry maneuvers, but when he left Shotgun, he said in a statement: “I am not responding to these shitty allegations, but in the light of vicious and spurious online attacks against me, I cannot in good conscience now my children for 4 months to make a film in the Dominican Republic. Lionsgate is supporting me in this and I am grateful to them for that. “
