NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WTVF) – Governor Bill Lee has announced a new website designed to help Tennessean residents navigate the COVID-19 vaccination plan by letting them know when they are eligible to receive it.
The eligibility tool is an online questionnaire that informs people whether or not they are eligible to be vaccinated. If the resident is not currently eligible, they are asked to provide a phone number or email so that they can be notified as soon as they receive the vaccine.
“In addition to creating a strong distribution infrastructure, we are currently one of the nation’s top states in terms of total administered doses, vaccinating more than 150,000 Tennesseans residents in just two weeks,” said Governor Lee in a press release. “This tool is another step we are taking to provide Tennesseans with critical information as our vaccine supply increases and more phases become eligible.
They will receive updates and notifications about the vaccine phase and provide information about the phase based on risk and age at the county level.
