According to a PDF describing Launch @ Apple, it is aimed at freshmen and sophomores in first-generation college specializing in finance, mathematics, economics, business, data analysis and accounting.

It brings together university students individually with Apple mentors, who can provide learning resources and professional growth opportunities, with the possibility of tracking jobs, paid internships and paid internships.

Apple has not publicly announced Launch @ Apple, and it is not entirely clear how the word is being spread. MyHealthyApple details shared this morning and last week, a post on LinkedIn highlighted the program. Before the launch starts in early 2021, Apple is accepting applications from students with a wide range of GPAs.

Students must be in their first or second year of college with a parent or legal guardian who has not obtained a university degree. Students must want to learn about finance in an “innovative and fast-paced environment” and must intend to specialize in one of the accepted subjects.

Apple is accepting applications until Friday, January 8, 2021, and students who wish to participate must provide details about the school, GPA, curriculum and more, and must answer personal questions about life’s challenges, why they must be accepted and what gives them joy. Applications must be sent to [email protected].
