Apple Beats Flex is on sale at the lowest price ever: $ 40 (save 20%)

Apple’s Beats Flex doesn’t just work with iPhones.

Apple’s Beats Flex is basically a 2.0 version of the popular BeatsX, but at half the price. And now it’s even less: for a limited time, and while stocks last, Amazon has the Beats Flex wireless headphones for $ 40 – the lowest price to date. Okay, that’s only $ 10 off, but this was already a surprisingly good deal for $ 50.

While true wireless headphones are the hot item at the moment, not everyone wants to cut the cable. So-called neckband headphones, like the Beats Flex, offer two main advantages: they can hang like a pendant when not in use, and you don’t have to worry about a headset falling and being kicked into a sewer.

(True story: once, while walking, I managed to take an AirPod out of my ear and throw it on a snow bank. If I hadn’t seen exactly where it fell, I would probably still be looking for it.)

I didn’t try to do it myself, so I’ll move on to David Carnoy’s comprehensive Beats Flex Review. He liked the sound quality, call quality, battery life, USB-C charging and easy pairing with Apple devices. There’s also an Android app, so you don’t have to own an iPhone to use it.

Less cool: no carrying case, no IPX rating for water resistance, no “wing tips” to help the buttons fit more securely in your ears.

Still, Carnoy concluded, “It’s worth considering them for $ 50, especially if you want Apple-compatible headsets and don’t want to spend more on AirPods.”

I would say that for $ 40 they are even more worthy of consideration. Your thoughts?

BetterBack promises a better posture if you use this for just 15 minutes a day.

BetterBack

Just because you are homework it doesn’t mean that you’re sitting less than you used to in the office. In fact, there is a good chance that you are sitting more. The question is: how is your posture? Do you usually fall? Are you feeling any back pain?

Here is a drug-free remedy that can help: for a limited time, Cheapskate readers can get the as-seen-on-Shark-Tank BetterBack Luxe posture support for $ 42.50 with promotional code CHEAP 15. Regular price: $ 60.

This thing is cool. It is completely independent, locking in its own carrying case when not in use. Most of the time, because the instructions tell you to use it only 15 minutes a day.

To do this, simply position the cushion around your lower back and then place the two straps around your knees. Presto: perfect posture, or at least that’s the claim.

It is worth noting: you can get the therapy version for just a few dollars more. It comes with a removable hot / cold insert that can help if you are looking for pain relief.
