Before the next Apex Legends Collection event, Fight Night, fans can wait for a new entry in the Stories from the Outlands series – revealed at the beginning of the game’s official website, before being taken down again.
Stories from the Outlands is the official Apex Legends video series, which delves into the tradition and history of the game’s unique characters. The most recent was about Horizon, before it was added as the newest Legend in Season 7.
The following, however, is all about a character who has been there since day one: Pathfinder. We already know that he will be the focus of the next Fight Night event, getting his own Town Takeover, but we are also getting some stories too.
On December 23, the official Apex Legends website was updated with a new blog post, detailing the upcoming Stories from the Outlands: Fight Night. The video was not yet available for viewing, but the description and thumbnail were all there.

Clearly, the intention was not to air yet, and Respawn usually announces new episodes just a day before its live broadcast. According to the web page, this episode of Fight Night is coming Tuesday, December 29.
After it started circulating on social media, Respawn’s communications director, Ryan Rigney, confirmed that it aired earlier, and they would pull up the blog post until they were ready for “showtime”.
This episode should give us a fresh look at the history of everyone’s favorite MRVN. It may also be related to the folklore book being released in February, while Pathfinder searches for its creator.

The episode description said: “Not everyone reaches twelve rounds. Watch the latest edition of Outland Stories – “Fight Night”.
Clearly, this is linked to Town Takeover coming up at the Fight Night event – teasers for that are already visible on the Olympus map in the game.
Teasers for Pathfinder’s Town Takeover appeared on Olympus.
After the premiere of the Stories from the Outlands episode, it should be about a week before the Fight Night Collection event starts, probably on Tuesday, January 5th.
Overall, it’s been a bad week for leaks from official Respawn channels, after the trailer for the event itself was also found on Twitter.
