What’s new in the Apex Legends update?
It looks like there’s a new update for Apex Legends that has just been released (March 22). Unfortunately for gamers, it doesn’t appear to be a content-rich update and is simply a hotfix update to fix some bug issues. We have everything you need to know.

Apex Legends Update on March 22
It appears that there were not many changes in the last update for Apex Legends, but Respawn logged on to Twitter to announce that the new update fixes a bug that was occurring with Wattson Electric’s blue skin. It appears that the texture flaw has been fixed and refunds have been issued by Respawn.
During our most recent @playapex collection event there was a bug with Wattson’s Electric Blue skin that caused its textures to disappear.

It seems that this was not the only change today (March 22) update, according to @TitanfallBlog on Twitter, you can now turn off the survival slot to get the inspection button back. While this is not a flaw, it is an annoying feature that players have been complaining about. It looks like Respawn heard the feedback and implemented a fix.

Console players can now turn off the survival slot. If turned off, survival items will only be accessible through the inventory screen and the button will activate the weapon inspection feature by default.
Bug fixes
At the time of writing, there are no official patch notes for the latest update. It is likely that there will be no releases due to the update being only for stability improvements and bug fixes.
When checked on a PlayStation 5 console, the latest update information for update 1.62 released on March 22 states:

These are likely to be all of the patch notes. However, if any additional patch notes are released by Respawn Entertainment, this article will be updated to reflect this.
