Antonio Brown can win the Super Bowl bonus if Bucs wins the Chiefs

Antonio Brown was not the same thrilling player after signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, mainly because the team is in the position of wide receiver.

Brown joined the Buccaneers during the season amid an eight-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy of conduct. He faces civil proceedings on charges of rape and sexual assault and was arrested last year for an incident involving a truck driver at his Florida home.

Brown rejoined Tom Brady when he signed a $ 1.6 million contract with 1-year incentives. The deal included a base salary of $ 750,000 and an on-call bonus of $ 250,000. It also came with Super Bowl bonuses.

According to Pro Football Talk, Brown’s incentive will kick in if he plays 35% of the snaps and the Buccaneers beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl LV on February 7. Even if he doesn’t play in the Super Bowl, he will still play being able to receive the extra money.

Brown lost the NFC Championship due to a knee injury sustained in winning the division round against the New Orleans Saints. Pro Football Talk reported that Brown has already reached the 35% crackle mark.

The veteran wide receiver has already won $ 250,000 for playing eight games in the regular season and another $ 250,000 for registering 45 receptions during the season.

He totaled 45 receptions for 483 yards and four touchdowns.

Brown can use the extra money. TMZ Sports reported last month that he was ordered to pay $ 100,000 to the woman who accused him of rape and sexual assault for violating a confidentiality agreement that was signed as part of the deal negotiations. He allegedly filed for the decision to be annulled.
