Alabama’s number of COVID-19 cases continues to rise.
The 10 am numbers from the Alabama Department of Public Health show that the state added 4,758 cases of coronavirus overnight, bringing the total since March to 334,569. The state listed another 135 deaths, some occurring several months ago.
The death toll in COVID-19 in the state is 4,587.
ADPH listed 2,527 people hospitalized with COVID-19 as of yesterday.
