Nintendo will release a new update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons on March 18 it adds a ton of new features, including new Sanrio themed items, an updated custom design app for your Nook Phone and, most importantly, the option to prank your friends and villagers with whoopee pads. Yes, farts are coming to Animal Crossing.
Whoopee cushions arrive in time for April Fool’s Day – April 1, of course – and will be available in a variety of colors, Nintendo said on the Animal Crossing website. Players will be able to purchase them on the Nook Shopping service between March 26th and April 1st. They will undoubtedly be the most important component of the New Horizonemote of sitting.
Other spring items coming up Animal Crossing: New Horizons include prom-themed products: a prom night wall, prom night floor, and stylish clothing from the Able Sisters store. So, if you still can’t get together and dance in person, you can do it at Animal Crossing. Ball items will be available from April 1 to April 30.
