“I’m really excited to go out and get drunk with you for five hours in New York City,” said Cohen. “As if that for me was a super fun plan for New Year’s Eve. So, I’m excited to go out with you, and we’re going to be this fucking show.”
This year’s show will feature some of the biggest stars of the year, including Leslie Jordan, Sarah Cooper, Desus and Mero, and John Mayer.
The past three years have produced some memorable moments, which they reviewed during the interview. The most notable is probably Cooper reacting unfavorably, to say the least, to the photos they took together. Cohen said the alcohol chosen this year is tequila.
And Cooper wouldn’t let Cohen out of the program without questioning him about his hair, which Cohen grew out of this year.
“When friends, you know, care about each other, they, you know, feel it’s okay to just bring something up,” said Cooper. “So, I just want to talk a little bit about your hair. Look, what’s going on with your hair, dear?”
Cohen responded by saying that it is “Covid’s year” and many people are growing their hair, but he will cut it in January.
