Slowly but surely, Samsung is launching its Android 11 update (also known as One UI 3.0) in its product line. In the United States, most of the Galaxy S20 series operator variants began receiving the operating system update in December, and now unlocked operator models are joining the party.

It appears that the launch of One UI 3.0 for Galaxy S20 phones unlocked for operator started two weeks ago, but reports are starting to become more widespread. The release for unlocked models comes right after One UI 3.0 starts appearing on Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T models.

The update is more or less identical to the software implemented on other S20 models. Samsung’s Android 11 package includes the custom One UI 3.0 skin, which includes new features for Samsung apps and an updated design. Android 11 itself includes new media controls, bubbles for notifications, more Emoji and A lot of More.
