Andie MacDowell stopped dyeing her hair in quarantine

“My daughters kept telling me that I looked tough.”

Quarantine looks good on Andie MacDowell! The actor has a new face, and has just shared that he is inspired by his daughters Rainey and Margaret Qualley.

The sisters convinced the mother to stop dyeing her hair brown after seeing how beautiful her gray curls looked in quarantine.

“Obviously, I stopped dyeing my hair,” said MacDowell of his new salt and pepper look The Drew Barrymore Show. “I don’t know what’s going to happen in five years, I can dye my hair again, but I’m enjoying it now.”

The actor said he decided to keep his hairstyle beautiful after his girls said she looked like a complete “badass”.

“My daughters kept telling me that I looked like a fuck and the idea that I could get fucked really appealed to me, so I went ahead,” said MacDowell.

“I’m enjoying it. I’m salt and pepper. It’s silver. It’s not gray,” MacDowell continued. “And it’s not that I’m letting go, I don’t think that way.”

The groundhog day star said she loved the style even more when she met a man with the same hair color at the supermarket.

“We both just looked at each other and I thought, ‘I’m a silver fox’. So that’s where I am now, ”she gushed. “I thought it was fine.”

MacDowell was so right. The salt and pepper look is really working for her!
