The American Pickers television program announced that it will be filmed in South Carolina in March.

Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz and his team are planning to film episodes of the hit series across the state.

The show is a series of documentaries that explores the fascinating world of “harvesting” antiques on the History channel. The successful program follows Mike and Frank, two of the most skilled scavengers in the business, in search of America’s most valuable antiques.

They are always excited to find unique and sizeable collections and learn the interesting stories behind them. While taking the back roads from coast to coast, Mike and Frank are on a mission to recycle and rescue forgotten relics.

Along the way, the Pickers want to meet characters with remarkable and exceptional items. The duo hopes to give historically significant objects a new lease of life, while learning some things about America’s past along the way.

Mike and Frank have seen a lot of rusty gold over the years and are always looking to discover something they have never seen before. They are ready to find extraordinary items and hear fascinating stories about them.

American Pickers are looking for clues and would love to explore their hidden treasure. If you or someone you know has a large private collection or collection of antiques that Scavengers can spend most of the day combing through, send your name, phone, location and description of the collection with photos to: americanpickers @ cineflix .com or call for 855-OLD-RUST. facebook: @GotAPick

With the proliferation of COVID-19, the program is taking the pandemic very seriously and will follow all guidelines and protocols for safe filming, as described by the state and the CDC. Although they plan to be in South Carolina in March, they will make a new schedule if conditions change for the worse.
