Samsung kicked off the February 2021 patch launch a little earlier this time, with the European line Galaxy S20 being the first to receive. Now, these latest Android security updates are spreading to the U.S., starting with the unlocked models of the Galaxy S20 and Note20 Ultra, and most recently followed by the Galaxy S9 from Verizon and the Note20 series from T-Mobile.

You can expect more Galaxy flagships and mid-rangers to join the list in the coming weeks if Samsung follows its course of implementing timely security patches. These updates generally follow a phased version, so you may need to wait for it to reach you, although you can always do a manual check at Settings> Software update.
