GASTONIA, NC (WTVD) – The North Carolina Department of Public Security canceled its Amber Alert for a missing 3-year-old in Gastonia.
The NCDPS described Kaysie Jay Lipscomb, 3, as being six inches tall and weighing 18 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue pantyhose with polka dots and snowflakes.
Gastonia police were looking for Raheem Tyshawn Pate, 31. He is described as being 5 feet and 11 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is missing two teeth.
Authorities believed that Pate drove a white Chevrolet Malibu 2017 with the NC license plate number HLE-9661.
The NCDPS did not provide further details about Lipscomb’s situation or Pate’s whereabouts.
