The University of Alabama running back Najee Harris helped put together an impressive season for Crimson Tide, showing exactly what he brings to the table in the attack that gives defenses headaches.
Harris, in the first quarter, prepared the Crimson Tide for another touchdown when he neatly propelled a Notre Dame tackler candidate. Harris ran for 53 yards and jumped on Fighting Irish’s defensive back, Nick McCloud.

On the next play, Alabama quarterback Mac Jones made a pass and found Jahleel Billingsley wide open in the left corner of the end zone. Notre Dame’s defense seemed to have changed to cover the dangerous Devonta Smith, leaving Billingsley open.
Alabama won 14-0 at the end of the first quarter of the Rose Bowl Game – the host of the College Football Playoff semifinal.

Jones joined Smith for a 26-yard touchdown pass early in the first quarter. Alabama’s first two attempts resulted in scores.

Harris already had three 79 yard yards in the game.

Alabama is one of the last undefeated teams in college football. The attack is led by the real three-headed monster in Jones, Harris and Smith, who seemed to have no problems with Notre Dame from the start.
Harris’ obstacle came after US soccer star Megan Rapinoe asked the running back in a tweet to “disturb someone”.
Harris praised Rapinoe for being an inspiration earlier in the week, explaining why he mimicked her celebrations on the field. Rapinoe thanked him in a subsequent tweet.
