The 2020 season is in the books. A season that no one was sure would happen reached the finish line. From postponed to non-postponed seasons, from staggered matches to canceled games, the number of games each team played varied widely. With Alabama’s victory over Ohio State in the national championship game, it’s time for the final edition of The Athletic 127. In a normal year, bowling doesn’t fully represent a season. This year this is more true than ever, considering the number of games played and the players who gave up. This was the most difficult year to classify and compare teams. With some playing only three or four games and others playing more than 10, it is really impossible to properly assess some teams, but I did my best. Some adjustments were made between teams that also did not play in the postseason.
