AirPods Max vs. Drop + THX Panda Headphones

The PAirPods Max‌ mesh ear protectors are also more comfortable than leather ear protectors, as the leather together with the tight seal can heat up.

Compared to the PAirPods Max‌, the Drop + THX Panda headphones do not have Active Noise Canceling, but there is sufficient sealing around the head that muffles most external noise.

The Drop + THX Panda headphones come with a hard case that fits the headphones and additional cables, and they come with a USB-C cable for charging and a 3.5mm audio cable if you want to use it them with wire. Comparatively, irAirPods Max‌ have the Smart Case, which is not particularly protective.

When it comes to battery life, Drop + THX Panda headphones can last up to 30 hours, which is 10 hours longer than ‌AirPods Max‌. As for the controls, Drop x THX Pandas has a small joystick that can be used to skip tracks and control playback.

In short, Drop + THX Panda headphones can be ideal for those who want good sound quality and don’t mind the lack of Active Noise Canceling, but ‌AirPods Maxs win in comfort, ANC features, Spatial Audio, sound detection head, and ease of use with Apple devices thanks to the H1 chip that allows quick pairing and quick device switching.
