After all, Division 2 is getting some new content

U-bisoft Turn

Although it initially appeared that the tactical military sniper Tom Clancy’s Division 2 was marching towards its apolitical sunset, Ubisoft has now decided to give the mercenary matchmaker one last breath, with a batch of new content, arriving in late 2021.

The fourth season of DLC for Division 2 – literally entitled “End of Vigilance” – revolved around the pursuit of the treacherous agent Faye Lau and his squad of lieutenants. Faye Lau’s faction, Black Tusk, held key areas in Washington DC, including the Pentagon itself. With the removal of the Black Tusk, things seemed a little safer in the capital, which served as an epilogue – or at least a ceasefire – to Division 2 story arc.

Regardless, Ubisoft took the Division 2The official Reddit to announce the new content will arrive in late 2021. Massive Entertainment, which developed The division and Division 2 have already started the pre-production of the recent revealed by Ubisoft Star Wars title, as well as a game based on the James Cameron science fiction franchise Avatar. The publisher previously noted that Massive – as one of Ubisoft’s biggest studios – has the workforce to develop multiple projects simultaneously.

No date has been announced for the new Division 2 content outside “later this year”. For now, you and your racing buddies will have to settle for the newly launched resident Evil crossover content. But don’t turn off your night vision goggles yet, as it looks like the battle for ‘Murica is far from over.
