I consider myself an egg aficionado – my brunch order is Eggs Benedict, one of the first things I learned to cook was scrambled eggs, and my favorite sandwich is a grilled cheese with fried egg in the middle.

However, cooking eggs at home can be a hassle. Scrambled eggs make dirty dishes and can be difficult not to overcook – I hate scrambled eggs with brown spots – poached eggs are impossible, and they don’t even get me started in trying to make my own boiled eggs.

I learned about the Dash Rapid Egg Cooker in November 2020 and ended up buying one for Christmas. I think that sometimes kitchen utensils can be overestimated, but I’m not exaggerating when I say that it really changed the way I eat breakfast. This makes things quick and easy and has no dishes. All the victories in my book.

Keep rolling to see how I made poached eggs, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, all in my egg pan.
