Actor Luke Evans revealed the results of eight months of hard grafting while showing off his transformed physique in topless photos.
The Hollywood star, 41, shared a set of before and after photos, one from June last year and one from February.
While he is still very muscular in the first, the second sees a much greater definition in his abdomen, giving him a board-like appearance.
“8 months of work, but I got there. June 2020 – February 2021”, he proudly captioned the photos, “I won’t bother putting statistics, as the judges will just judge. #Fbf # almost42.”
Celebrity friends and fans also praised Luke’s dedication and discipline.

Kelvin Fletcher shared a series of emojis raising his hands, while Alan Carr wrote: “It looks like good love!”
He has been sharing training updates over the past eight months, distributing training practice with a few doses of a sweaty abdomen.
“Home gym training is so good …” he sarcastically captioned a topless snapshot, next to angry-faced emojis.

And in another set, a Luke dressed in a tank top with chains wrapped around his neck to give some weight to painful-looking squats.
And in yet another, he was exhausted on the floor, surrounded by weights.
Luke recently had molds removed from his teeth for his role in the upcoming remake of Pinocchio.

He will play the villainous Coachman, his second Disney villain role after playing Gaston in Beauty and the Beast in front of Emma Watson.
The same manufacturer of special effects teeth, Chris Lyons, had worked with Luke for this role, as well as for his lead role in Dracula Untold.
Meanwhile, he returned last year to British TV with The Pembrokeshire Murders on ITV, playing the detective in pursuit of the real-life killer.
