Coming 2 America is here, and despite doing that weird thing when you put a literal number inside the title, we look forward to it.
Coming to America was released in 1988, so it’s been 33 years since the original hit theaters? It is proof of its success and cultural impact that anyone is interested in a sequel. It’s good? Our reviewer Patrick Holland mainly liked.
The plot? Prince Akeem (Eddie Murphy) discovers that he has a son in the United States and must return to New York City, find his son and prepare him to become the heir to Zamunda’s throne. Hijinks, we can only assume, will happen.
