Lori Loughlinhusband of, Mossimo Giannulli, was just closed down by a judge … who basically said that his concerns about the coronavirus were not enough to get him out of prison earlier.
According to the new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the judge explains exactly why Mossimo was denied, and basically it comes down to that – he gave no convincing reasons to spend the rest of his sentence in home confinement.
The judge says Mossimo’s complaints about having to stay in quarantine alone are not a good reason to release him. The court also writes … Mossimo should have seen a quarantine period from a mile away – because he went to prison right in the middle of the pandemic.

The court says. Mossimo has been released to the general population since its filing … and says prisons are getting better at dealing with COVID’s problems, so at this point, it can be dealt with by the BOP. The judge goes on to say that the vaccine is on the way, which will further ease the problems of COVID.
In the court’s opinion, Mossimo has no particularly high risk of contracting the virus as it stands – so they see no extraordinary reason for it to be released ahead of time. Unless something changes, it will probably have to wait until April – when your 5 month sentence is above.
Remember, Mossimo claimed the strict conditions in the arrest of the COVID protocols I was taking a toll in it. His wife, Lori, it’s already out … she had a quick 2-month sentence and was sent home in December.
