March 15 – SCIOTO – The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported nine new cases on Monday to Scioto County.
The new cases total 6,090 since the outbreak began.
There were 12 additional recoveries reported by ODH on Monday for the county, bringing the number of recoveries to 5,753 during the course of the pandemic.
ODH also reported an additional hospitalization for Scioto County on Monday, bringing the total to 442 people who were hospitalized during the outbreak in connection with the virus or who had the virus during their admission for other medical reasons. This number does not represent the number of people currently in the hospital compared to COVID-19.
Scioto County remains at Level Three or “Red” in the Ohio Department of Health’s Public Health Counseling System (PHAS) again this week.
