The shooting began on Friday around 8 pm on block 1000 on North Delaware Avenue in the Northern Liberties neighborhood, according to local ABC affiliate WPVI.
Seven people were shot and three of the victims were listed in critical condition at a nearby hospital on Friday night.
The other four were listed in a stable condition.
Police said an interested person was in police custody on Friday night. The reason for the shooting is not clear.
Police said the shooting took place in front of Golf & Social Club, a sports bar, and that the violence resulted from an altercation within the venue, according to CBSN
