6ix9ine found himself in trouble after visiting a strip club in Miami, where a dancer claims he hit her over the head with a bottle.

TMZ reports that Tekashi wielded the bottle after someone criticized him for being a snitch. However, he apparently missed that person and instead hit Alexis Salaberrios. She has since filed a lawsuit against the rapper over what she says is a violent incident that took place inside the Gold Rush Cabaret on February 20.

According to court documents, she claims that 69 threw a “deadly object with the intention of committing serious bodily harm”. His lawyer, David M. Tarlow, told the establishment that the item was a bottle of champagne. She said she had to be taken to the emergency room, where her head wound was stapled. She is processing 6ix9ine for battery aggravated.

Court documents reveal that Salaberrios is also taking Gold Rush to court, where he is suing the club for gross negligence. She claims that the club did not have enough security around the rapper, mainly because he has a “propensity for violence”. Salaberrios says that after being hit in the head, the club team removed 6ix9ine and asked him not to call the police, but she did not listen and ended up reporting the incident anyway.

6ix9ine apparently believes that the process is just a cash movement. His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that the Brooklyn native was not involved in the situation, adding: “There are video cameras at the establishment. It is an attempt to shake it off. If it is served correctly, we will immediately arrange for it to be dispensed. “
