A neighbor at the Texas compound said he used to see Raymeon Means around the apartment where the shooting occurred
According KPRC-TV, Laurionne Walker, 6, was shot dead on the morning of March 19, and police in Pasadena, Texas, a city outside Houston, accused the suspect Raymeon Means, 35, with capital murder.
Neighbor Mauricio Alvarez, who remembered KPRC as he used to see Means around the apartment complex where the shooting took place, said the suspected sniper “knocked on the door and he said, ‘Oh, you can check if there’s water coming down, because the girl has clogged the bathroom.’”

Alvarez said KPRC that what he heard next was Means arguing with other residents of the complex. He said he also heard someone crashing into a car and someone saying, “Get out of here. Get out of here!”
He continued to KPRC, “He ran up and we heard four to five shots, he started running and we started to hear screams”.
KPRC reported that Walker was shot several times and later died at Bayshore Hospital.
“I’m at a loss for words at the moment,” he said. Earline House, Walker’s grandmother. “My granddaughter was still a baby. She was shot twice in the chest this morning. “

This incident occurs less than a week after another tragic loss for the family, which is related to Porschia Branch, the 28-year-old victim of the fatal car accident on March 14, in which Branch’s three children also died, according to KPRC.
