T-Mobile Park’s science-based health and safety protocols were guided by contributions from medical and public health experts, including CDC, DHHS, the World Health Organization, as well as the University of Washington Health Metrics & Evaluation and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, the Seattle Mariners “Partners in Health.” The improved cleaning protocols use the latest technology and certified disinfection products to target the suspected or known presence of COVID-19.
Mariners have received STAR ™ Facility certification from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) for T-Mobile Park, a performance-based outbreak prevention, response and recovery accreditation to mitigate the risks associated with the virus responsible for COVID-19.
