The Kansas City Chiefs will seek to do what only the New England Patriots have been able to achieve since 2000 – winning consecutive Super Bowls.
The Chiefs have the advantage of playing at home in the AFC playoffs and will not have to play for two weeks while preparing to defend the Super Bowl title. But there are many challengers in its path, as the playoff scene was set on Sunday.
Since 2010, the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens, Seattle Seahawks and the Chiefs have won Super Bowls. These teams will dispute another title this season. The New England Patriots, who have made the playoffs every season since 2001, have lost the playoffs
The Chiefs and Packers said goodbye in the first round and will face the team with the fewest heads in next week’s divisional round.
