15-year-old Washington girl found safely in Nevada, a suspect in custody

UPDATE: Authorities confirmed late on Monday that the missing 15-year-old boy from Yakima, Washington, was found safe.

Yakima police said a suspicious vehicle was spotted around 10 pm in Nevada and local authorities stopped the driver. The missing teenager, Angeles V Revuelta-Buenrostro, was found in the vehicle and safely recovered. A male suspect was taken into custody.

This remains an ongoing investigation.

The police issued an AMBER Alert for the girl, Angeles V Revuelta-Buenrostro, last seen on Monday morning. She may be with an Arizona man who made threats against his family. Authorities also identified a second possible suspect on Monday night.

According to Yakima police, Revuelta-Buenrostro was taking the garbage out of his home in northeastern Yakima at around 11:20 am on Monday.

Police said Angeles was recently found with Daniel B Ovante, 36, in Arizona.

Authorities said Ovante had made threats to come to Yakima, take Angeles and kill the family. He also coerced her on social media, they said.

Ovante may be driving a Black 2001 Ford F-150 pickup with Arizona BYR6257. He has a felony warrant and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities said a second possible suspect is involved in the missing teenager. Police say the second suspect is Eric Anthony Landeros, a 34-year-old Hispanic man. He was last seen driving a 2008 Lexus 4-door with Arizona F6A4BKA license plates.
