14th woman opens suit accusing Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct

A Los Angeles massage therapist accused Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct in an open lawsuit on Monday, making her the 14th woman to make such charges against the Houston Texans quarterback.

The plaintiff said she was contacted by Watson via an Instagram messenger before they organized a July 15 session in Beverly Hills, according to the lawsuit filed in the Harris County District Court in Texas.

Watson exposed himself to the therapist before allegedly forcing her to “give him pleasure,” said the civil complaint.

“Watson grabbed the plaintiff’s hands and moved her penis and genitals towards her hand and forced the plaintiff’s hands on her penis, to make her give him pleasure,” according to a lawsuit filed by attorney Anthony Buzbee, that is representing all women.

At the end of last week, Buzbee filed seven lawsuits and told reporters that five more civil complaints would come soon. He also said that his investigators were examining the charges of another 10 potential accusers.

Watson representatives could not be reached for comment on Tuesday, but the quarterback and his legal team vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

Watson led the league in passes last season and is demanding to be negotiated with the Texans. His 2021 fate has been the subject of the NFL low season.

The defense attorney for the quarterback, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement last week that he was “extremely proud” to represent Watson and that he supports him “against what we believe are allegations without merit”.

Hardin said he could not comment further until the charges were analyzed.

After the first lawsuit was opened, Watson said in a statement last week that he was being unfairly targeted by a lawyer “in search of publicity”.

“I have never treated any woman with anything but the utmost respect,” he said.
