Stack: PDF Scanner + Document Organizer describes its usefulness in the name and, therefore, there is no doubt about what this application offers. When it comes to document scanners, Stack is a solid effort that seamlessly connects to Google Drive for automatic backups. Of course, with Google being Google, you can’t create folders, just batteries, and just like Google Photos, things can get messy very quickly with a large number of files. Still, if you simply want to scan a document here or there, Scan performs this function with ease.

Android Police Coverage: The popular meditation app Balance jumps from iOS to Android
Balance: Meditation & Sleep is an early access release that has finally moved from iOS to Android. If you didn’t know by name, this is a wellness app designed to help people relieve stress through meditation. As the app is still being tested, bugs are expected, but so far, what’s there works well for a new version.

Opera News US: Breaking & Local
It appears that Opera is the last to enter the customizable news feed movement with the launch of Opera News US: Breaking & Local. The app itself looks like any other licensed news feed app, raising the question of why Opera took the trouble to launch this. Somehow, I doubt that another dull third-party news app will interest anyone, especially one that looks like something you’d expect from your local news station.

WrestleMania Live is your one stop shop for WWE events. You can not only see all upcoming events, but you can also buy tickets for them through this app. Hell, there’s even a store built for merchandise so you can order all of your favorite WWE products from the inside. So, if you plan to attend WWE events, this is a new app that you can use to plan your participation.

JioSignage
JioSignage is a subscription-based signage application that connects to the signaling subscription service. Anyone can sign up for this service, making this app a perfect tool for small business owners who want to display digital signs in their store. Sure, this is a niche launch that requires a subscription, but now that COVID has caused an increase in storefront signage, I suppose it is at least a reasonably current launch.

BlackBerry® Alert
BlackBerry Alert is specifically for corporate users, but as BB’s bread and butter is, it makes sense that this critical event management solution is aimed at businesses. More or less, this app shows information in real time, allowing employees to respond so that the head office can track any business interruption events and their effects on employees.

Capture Matterport
Matterport Capture is an integrated application for the company’s cameras that can create 3D models of everything you scan with these compatible cameras. Although I am sure that this type of application is very niche, if you are looking to create 3D models for a specific reason and do not want to create them manually, perhaps the Matterport cameras and application will take you where you want.

TV control with smart speakers
TV control with smart speakers is a new launch from Sony that will allow you to connect your compatible Bravia TVs to smart speakers. It is an application developed specifically, and that is why it is in the integration section today. So, if you’ve been waiting for Sony to start adding smart speaker support to their Bravia TVs, this is the app you’ve been waiting for.

Like all new technologies, sound bars can connect to applications to quickly adjust them on your phone. As you can imagine, the LG Sound Bar is a new release that connects to LG’s soundbars. Notify NM
It’s been a while since we’ve seen a new COVID app arrive at the Play Store, and this week we have two new releases coming. NM Notify is designed for New Mexico residents. The app has already earned its ENS badge, so it actually uses the Google API, which means that you will connect this app to your bluetooth to receive notifications if you happen to be around an infected individual.

MassNotify
MassNotify is the official COVID tracking app for Massachusetts residents and the second COVID app launched this week. He has also earned his ENS badge on the Play Store, so we know that this app uses the Google API. This means that the application works via bluetooth to track infected individuals. So, if you would like to receive notices of possible exposure and live in Massachusetts, this is the app you’ve been waiting for.
