The Falcons were slow to find a new coach and ended up hiring the Titans’ offensive coordinator, Arthur Smith, on Friday. With reports that Atlanta chose Saints’ vice president / assistant general manager, Terry Fontenot, for the team’s GM spot, all that remains to be done is to hire a few assistant coaches.
