A team member died on the set of ABC’s “The Conners” while the show was ending production … TMZ learned.
Police sources tell us that the team member – who mainly works on lighting the show – was on the catwalk of stage 22 at CBS Studio Center on Thursday when he suffered some kind of medical emergency.
They said doctors at the studio were called in, but they were unable to resuscitate the man … he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A knowledgeable source told us that the program was on its last day of production on the CBS lot, our sources say the man was in his 50s or 60s.

A Werner Entertainment representative told us, “With a heavy heart, we are sorry to confirm that a member of our technical team suffered a fatal medical event today. He was a very dear member of The Conners and Roseanne families for over 25 years. As we remember our dear colleague, we ask that you respect the privacy of your family and loved ones as they begin their grieving process. “
