Basic kitchen items dominate this month’s list of products that we can’t stop raving about – but the items that helped us work from home more comfortably and care for pandemic pets also made the cut. When mine doctor suggested that I cut out dairy products (with all these stomach problems, I must be very hot), I was deeply lost mainly because I live for salad dressing stuffed with dairy products. The system was definitely made with sophisticated wine drinkers in mind who want to make their $ 100 bottles of wine last, but for me, it was a godsend when I can’t get people to share the wine. Now, a bottle of wine can last a few weeks instead of just two or three days before it goes down the drain. Truly, a miraculous invention. “- HRCoravin Coravin ™ Model Three Wine Preservation System in Black, $, available at Waterloo Pineapple Sparkling Water” The world of lye has been seriously lacking in the world of pineapple flavor, so I screamed when Waterloo launched a can of pineapple. The pineapple flavor is realistic and juicy without being overpowering or sweet. In addition, as always, Waterloo bubbles are the perfect size – not too small and not too much on your face, but still very effervescent. I’m a person who likes hot sauce, but this crispy chili adds a ton of flavor beyond pure heat – my favorite. I like it on eggs, pizza, salmon toast … basically everything I’ve tried so far. “- MZFly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp, $, available at HuckberryDash Clear View Toaster” The real sign of a working adult is a working toaster. One that doesn’t burn your bagel until it’s crunchy. And that can fit in a whole piece of inside, oblong yeast bread. For years, I had a second-hand toaster that didn’t support these basic items, but then I grew up and found it chic and useful. It has seven levels of browning and a bagel setting (which, professional tip, I use for almost anything I want, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It also has defrosting and reheating options. The best part? Aranya Pepper “You may not think that something as simple as the type of black pepper you use can make a big difference in your life. Well, you would be wrong. I mean, I was wrong, because that was exactly what I thought before trying the Aranya pepper from Diaspora Co .. I noticed the difference for the first time when I unscrewed the lid of the small glass bottle and inhaled a perfume as complex and enveloping as a bottle of cabernet that I just opened. in the warm and shiny notes of cherries and kumquats ripened in the sun. I tried to change my habits, but doing well (or just good enough!) Iced coffee at home has always involved many steps, taking too long for what used to be an inferior product. Well, that all changed with the introduction of this incredibly easy (and, let’s face it, very stylish and beautiful) bottle of cold beer. Here is everything I need to do to have a perfect cold drink: pour the coffee powder into the bottle filter, add cold water to the bottle, put the cap on and stick it on my fridge. Some hours later? I have a rich and smooth iced coffee, without even a trace of bitterness, grain or unwanted acidity. I couldn’t love you more. “- KIHario Hario Cold Brew Bottle, $, available at Blue Bottle CoffeeBornn Colorama Bowls” I’m sorry, but is there anything better than eating from the bowl? No, it doesn’t. Especially if you, like me, have eaten too many meals curled up on the couch (or in bed) instead of making the effort, you know, to sit at the table. These bowls are particularly fun with their vibrant colors in a simpler way, and since they are made with glaze, they have the added benefit of keeping your hot food hot and your cold food cold. I? I eat everything in bowls now.
