Just five days before the show’s premiere, Marvel Studios and Disney + released the final trailer for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The show stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes as two friends and protégés of Captain America who try to live up to their mentor’s legacy. The series shows Falcon and Winter Soldier meeting with their former SHIELD agent ally Sharon Carter, also known as Agent 13, and confronting terrorists Helmut Zemo and Flag-Smasher. The program is Marvel’s second television show on Disney + and, according to Stan, decidedly different from its predecessor, WandaVision, had to offer.
“I think that WandaVision it’s a really interesting and different show from Marvel, and it’s tonal to its own world, “said Stan Total Movie. “I think we are also in our own world, in line with what the Captain America franchise films have been – The winter soldier, Civil war – and therefore I think we are taking a much more basic and identifiable approach.
