The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild turned four last week, but that does not mean that fans of the game are almost tired of discovering new secrets.
A newly discovered glitch called ‘Collision Overload’ has been discovered, allowing players to walk underwater almost anywhere they want, as well as avoid all enemy attacks. It works by making Link’s collision detection go crazy, which means that Guardians, Lynels and others just can’t touch you with their attacks; on the other hand, you can’t damage them either.
Unfortunately, solving the problem is not easy. As explained by Gaming Reinvented in the video below, you will need several multishot bows and shock arrows to get started, and then you will need to follow the steps shown very carefully. There are weapon mismatch tricks to be performed, and you will need to go ahead and throw these weapons into the water hundreds of times before the failure takes full effect. We said it was complicated …
Once you’ve done that, however, you’ll be able to pose for legal social media posts like this. Lynels are nothing, right?
We have encountered many other problems like this in the past few months, so be sure to check if you want more. In the meantime, let us know if you’ve tried something like this in the game with a comment below.
