During the Investor Day event in December, Disney shared plans to make ESPN + content available on the Hulu app. Today, during an annual shareholder meeting, Disney CEO Bob Chapek confirmed that the update will take effect tomorrow, March 10.
With the update, those who are Hulu and ESPN + subscribers will be able to find their ESPN + content on Hulu in their own section. Those who are not yet ESPN + subscribers will be able to subscribe through Hulu. Users will also be able to purchase UFC pay per view events within the Hulu app.
With ESPN +, subscribers can watch UFC events, purchase PPV UFC events and stay up to date on NBA, MLB and NHL sports, college sports, electronic sports and more. ESPN + also has an original lineup of “30 by 30”, “Peyton’s Places” and “Nine for IX”.
An ESPN + subscription costs $ 5.99 / month or $ 59.99 / year. You can also sign up for the Disney package, which includes Hulu, Disney + and ESPN + for $ 12.99 / month.
