The drama surrounding the Royal Family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle became the last hot topic on television late at night, while hosts Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel recapitulated the bombshell interview conducted by Oprah Winfrey.
“If you didn’t get it, things got real, real quick,” said Colbert during his opening monologue on Monday.
During Sunday’s narration, Markle and Prince Harry unearthed the questionable treatment they received from various members of the Royal Family. In the interview, Markle told Oprah that she suffered severe mental health problems and racist attitudes. Of the issues discussed during Sunday’s interview, a conversation about what the couple’s son Archie would look like was the one that caught the most attention, including Colbert’s.
