Los Angeles gas prices: LA County’s average gas price increases for the 47th time in 48 days

LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The average price of a gallon of regular self-service gasoline in Los Angeles County rose on Monday for the 27th consecutive day and 47th time in 48 days, increasing half a penny to $ 3,813, its highest value since December 3, 2019.

The average price has increased by 46.5 cents in the past 48 days, including 1.8 cents on Sunday, according to data from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. That’s 6.5 cents more than a week ago, 29.3 cents more than a month ago and 29.7 cents more than a year ago.

Orange County’s average price has risen for the 28th consecutive day and 61st time in 62 days, increasing a cent to $ 3,806, its highest value since November 26, 2019. It has increased by 58.2 cents in the last 62 days, including 1, 8 cents on Sunday.

Orange County’s average price is 7.4 cents more than a week ago, 31.1 cents more than a month ago and 33.2 cents more than a year ago.
