Gas prices rise in Georgia, South Carolina

AUGUSTA, Georgia – Gas prices in Georgia rose 1.4 cents per gallon last week, averaging $ 2.57 per gallon today, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 5,883 gas stations in Georgia.

According to GasBuddy’s price reports, there is a 64 cent price difference between the cheapest and most expensive stations in South Carolina. South Carolina’s cheapest station costs $ 2.15 per gallon on Monday fair, while the most expensive one costs $ 2.79 per gallon.
