Now we know that Resident Evil Village will occupy 50 GB of space on Xbox consoles.
Although it is not as heavy as some games – yes, Call of Duty: Warzone and Cold War, I’m looking for you – the next highly anticipated installment of the famous horror series, however, takes up a sizable 50.02 GB.
But at least there is plenty of time to prepare your HD before the game’s release on May 7, as regardless of the platform of your choice, the size of the PC and PS5 installation will likely be in the same stadium.
That said, you have a few options here. The updated list in the Microsoft showcase reveals that the 50.02 GB size includes the main game and Re: Verse multiplayer mode, so if you’re only looking for solo ghosts, you can achieve that with 35 GB much leaner (thanks, Comic)
The Re: Verse itself is about 15 GB and has its own separate list in the Xbox store.
This Resident Evil title caused a huge wave of online enthusiasm. This is partly due to the game’s antagonist, a vampire woman almost three meters tall: Lady Dimitrescu and her two daughters. The family has become so popular, in fact, that Capcom had to issue a statement detailing the character’s official height. It also started to appear in other games due to fans recreating the gothic woman through character customization.
