Last month, Ubisoft revealed that Online Mode for Watch Dogs Legion would be released on March 9. However, it appears that this mode has been delayed on the PC due to some crash problems that can occur on specific systems.
In order to provide a smooth gaming experience from day one, Ubisoft has decided to postpone online mode for PC Watch Dogs Legion. Unfortunately, there is no ETA enabled when this mode is released. Ubisoft has said it will reveal more information as soon as possible.
As we have already reported, the Watch Dogs: Legion online mode will include the following features for all players:
- Free open world co-op where players can join their friends for up to four players. Players can explore London, find city events, complete challenges and participate in side activities.
- New cooperative missions for two to four players using new cooperative gameplay mechanics. This will also give players the opportunity to recruit the perfect team and fight London threats at the city’s most iconic landmarks.
- “Package Leader”, the first four player cooperative Tactical Operation that will require teamwork and efficiency. It consists of five interconnected narrative missions that are the final content of the game, made for players looking for a challenge. Players will need to strategize and communicate effectively with their teammates. Players will also have to ensure that they have updated their gadgets and recruited a strong cast of characters.
- The first Player-vs-Player (PvP) mode available, Spiderbot Arena. In this mode, four players control the armed spider robots and compete in a high-intensity deadly fight.
