The Sony PS5 and Microsoft Xbox Series X / S game consoles will be back in stock at Walmart today. A Walmart spokesman said The Verge that the retailer will have the consoles available for purchase again at 11:30 am PT / 2:30 pm ET for the Xbox Series X / S and at 12 pm PT / 3:00 am ET for the PS5. As usual, the actions are unlikely to last long.
Walmart plans to stock the PS5, PS5 Digital Edition, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S game consoles, with prices ranging from $ 300 to $ 500, depending on the model you purchase.
If you plan to buy a PS5 console, there are a few additional items that you should choose to get the most out of your new console. I recommend choosing a second DualSense controller, which is necessary for any multiplayer action in person. I suggest that first users also subscribe to PlayStation Plus, which offers some advantages, such as access to the PlayStation Plus collection.
No option to expand the PS5’s SSD, but it will probably come later this year.
If you are buying an Xbox Series X or Series S, an additional controller is probably a good buy. And unlike the PS5, you can buy a 1 TB SSD expansion to add to the Xbox’s basic storage (512 GB in the S Series, 1 TB in the X), although it is not cheap. If you’re having trouble deciding which games to buy, you can always purchase an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which gives you access to a range of digital games and access to Xbox Live Gold.
