According to the Minnesota Criminal Seizure Department, the suspect vehicle is a beige 2003 Honda Pilot with Minnesota FWH585 license plate and a large depression on the left side near the gas tank. The vehicle was stolen from Rusty Taco at block 500 on East Hennepin Avenue at around 8:40 pm

BCA identified the missing child as 2-year-old Raylene Childs. She is described as a mixed race girl with black curly hair in a ponytail who is one meter tall and weighs 20 kilos. She was last seen wearing a pink and yellow jacket, black stretch pants and pink shoes.
The suspect is a black man last seen wearing a black jacket and gray pants.
