In order to redirect talent, technology and innovation within CVD Equipment to leverage the company’s growth, Lakios will work with the Board of Directors.
Commenting on the nomination, Larry Waldman, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, said: “Emmanuel Lakios has over 30 years of experience in the industry and we believe he will lead our company to profitability, sustainability and growth.”

Prior to joining CVD Equipment, Lakios served as President and CEO of Sensor Electronic Technology Inc (SETi) in South Carolina, where he established the company as a leader in the UV LED industry.
